1. The Service

GlueOS is a SaaS platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to process user-provided business data and generate authority-driven social media content (the "Service").

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights to the documents, text, and context you upload or email to our systems ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, secure license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share the data you submit.

3. AI-Generated Output

The Service generates drafts and content using third-party Large Language Models. While we implement strict quality gates (the "Polyester Test"), you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be unpredictable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your social media profiles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload malicious code, process illegal or highly sensitive personal data (e.g., medical records), or violate the terms of service of third-party platforms like LinkedIn.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. If your subscription is canceled or payment fails, access to the platform and automated posting features will be suspended.
