Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
At WorkflowWorkx ("we", "us", "our"), we operate the GlueOS platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data We Collect
When you use GlueOS or send briefs to our automated systems (e.g., via email to briefs@workflowworkx.com), we collect and process:
- Identity Data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Project Data: Documents, text, and media you upload or email to us for processing.
- Integration Data: OAuth tokens for Google Drive, OneDrive, and LinkedIn (which can be revoked at any time).
2. How We Process Your Data (AI Sub-processors)
GlueOS is an AI-powered architecture engine. To provide our service, we share strictly necessary project data with carefully vetted third-party Data Processors:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Used to forensically analyze your documents and generate content. Crucially, Anthropic does not use your data or our API inputs to train their underlying AI models. Your data remains private.
- Google Workspace / Cloud: Used to securely store inbound email briefs and route them to your dashboard.
- Stripe: Used for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.
3. Automated Processing of Emails
By sending an email containing project briefs, voice notes, or documents to our designated ingestion addresses (e.g., briefs@workflowworkx.com), you acknowledge and consent that these emails are read and processed by automated scripts to generate projects on your GlueOS dashboard.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Because our database utilizes strict "Cascade Deletion," if you delete a project from your dashboard, all associated AI analysis, sparks, and drafts are permanently and instantly deleted from our active database.
5. Your GDPR Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, please contact us at briefs@workflowworkx.com.
